Privacy Policy

• What you give us on the waitlist form: your name, email, city and state, where you sell records now, how many records you're ready to list, an optional link to your Discogs, shop, or social profile, and any notes you add. The buyer form asks only for your email.
• Your consent to receive emails about GrailBin's launch, and when you gave it.
• How you found us, when the link you used carries a tag such as ?src=instagram.
• Basic technical information that websites routinely receive, such as your IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, through our hosting provider's standard logs and analytics.
• Emails you send us at hello@grailbin.com.

• To email you about GrailBin's launch and, if you signed up as a seller, about the founding seller program.
• To decide which sellers to invite first, based on what you told us.
• To see which outreach channels work.
• To answer your questions and keep the site running and secure.

We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

• Service providers that host our site and database and send or route our email, only as needed to do that work for us.
• Legal and safety reasons: when the law requires it, or to protect GrailBin, our users, or others from fraud or harm.
• A sale or merger: if GrailBin is sold or combined with another company, your information may transfer to the new owner, who must honor this policy for information collected under it.

• Every launch email includes a way to unsubscribe. You can also email hello@grailbin.com.
• You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information by emailing hello@grailbin.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
• Our site doesn't respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals. We don't use advertising cookies or track you across other websites.

We keep waitlist information until GrailBin launches and for as long as we need it to bring you on board. If you don't create an account, we delete your waitlist information within 12 months of launch, or sooner if you ask.

Only GrailBin administrators can see waitlist sign-ups, and our database enforces that. No system is perfectly secure, but we use reasonable safeguards and limit access to the people who need it.

The waitlist is for people 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has signed up, email us and we'll delete it.

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date. If a change affects how we use information you already gave us, we'll email you first.
